This website is for my friends and family to see how my first home is progressing. It was in need of a lot of TLC when I bought it, but I have now lived here for 6 months. It's still not finished but I have water, gas and electricity, what more could I ask for!

Each of the links on the left hand side will take you to pictures and commentary of all my DIY efforts. A great big thank you to the rest of my family for all their (continuing) hard work and help.

The house had been empty for around 6 months when I bought it, the previous owner having passed away. He'd owned the house from when it was first built in the 60's.

The re-wiring, replumbing and window replacement were done by professionals. The rest, well, that was us!
